Job Description:
We are looking for a Computer Network Technician

The person will perform the following job duties:
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and administer networks and connections to the Internet
Evaluate and install hardware, networking software, operating system software and software apps
Operate consoles and monitor the performance of computer systems and networks
Coordinate access and use of computer networks
Provide problem-solving services
Perform routine network start up and close downs
Maintain control records
Perform data backups and disaster recovery
Conduct tests and perform security controls
Perform shell scripting or other scripting tasks
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade hardware and software
Implement network traffic and security monitoring and optimize server
Control and monitor e-mail use, website and software
Respond to requests for help and information
