-          Various locations in Calgary and surrounding areas

-          Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely

Salary:

-          $32.50 to $37.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per week

Terms of employment:

-          Permanent employment

-          Full time

-          Early morning,

-          Day,

-          During the summer we work Monday to Saturdays (Overtime available and hours are banked), weather permitting. During the winter schedule varies, Flexible hours,

-          Starts as soon as possible

-          2 years to less than 3 years of experience (Experience in the industry and the type of work supervised is required)

Responsibilities

Tasks

-          Hire, supervise and schedule staff

-          Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns

-          Plan and estimate labour and materials

-          Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls

-          Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work

-          Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

-          Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

-          Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment

-          Perform same duties as workers supervised
