Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)

First Aid Certificate; Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers)

Experience

1 to less than 7 months

Specific Skills

Deal with difficult passengers and resolve conflicts; Deal with public; Complete logbooks and reports; Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle; Communicate with passengers, dispatchers or other drivers using two-way radio systems
