Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate; Machinist Trade Certification; Overhead Crane Certification

Experience

5 years or more

Specific Skills

Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations; Clean and maintain work space; Read and interpret blueprints; Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers); Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery

Equipment and Machinery Experience

Surface grinders; Milling machines; Engine lathes; Drilling machine; Boring machines; Conventional; Sawing machine

Weight Handling

Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
