Peter Hughes Landscape is looking for full-time Landscape Labourers. This is a full-time, year-round position (guaranteed hours during the winter months doing on-call snow removal)

• Do you have at least one to two years previous experience with landscaping?

Our work week is typically Monday-Saturday. We offer a competitive wage based on your experience (starting at $18/hour).

Your duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Spread topsoil, mulch, etc.
• Install sod
• Assist with the construction of a landscape (shoveling/raking)
• Plant trees and shrubs
• Moving of landscape materials by hand and/or wheelbarrow
• Assist with carpentry work including fences, decks, etc.
• Show up for work on time (6:30am start)

You must be able to work under the following conditions:

• Repetitive tasks
• Handle heavy loads
• Physically demanding
• Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
• Loves working in the outdoors
• Work in all weather conditions

Preference to those that have:

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License, with clean driving record
• Standard First Aid – Level C CPR & AED Certification
• WHMIS
• Able to work long hours
• Team Player
