Salary: $18.00 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time; Early morning; On call (From time to time, we get orders for holidays or corporate events and schedules may change accordingly); Weekend (This position supervises the weekend shift, so weekend is required)
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Prepare dough for pies, and sweet goods, batters for cookies, cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Draw up production schedules
- Train staff
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
- May place orders or ingredients and supplies
Supervision
- 1 to 2 people
- 3 to 4 people

- Public transportation is not available: Public transportation does not run early in the morning. Shift starts at 6.00 AM
