Responsibilities
Tasks
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
- Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Send and receive messages.
- Review and examine insurance claims.
- Prepare reports.
- Photocopy and collate documents related to warranty claims for distribution, mailing and filing.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory related to the warranty department.
- Assist in scheduling meetings weekly and monthly to discuss warranty issues.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes.
- Assist with administrative procedures for claim submission and disputes.
- Organize conferences and meetings.
- Sort, process and verify receipts, forms or other documents for claims, sublets, rentals, techline cases, etc.
- Organize the flow of work for advisors and technicians to streamline the work required regarding warranty claims.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks tracking warranty claim payments and reconciling warranty schedules weekly.
